We welcome adults who want to practice their English to a conversation class hosted by the Literacy Council of Frederick County.

Tweens and teens, grades 6 through 12, meet to collaborate with each other and teen librarians on upcoming library events and to plan teen-led projects.  Teen Library Council (TLC) is an opportunity for teens to make an impact within the libr
