While supplies last, lunches are available for youth ages 0-18 each Tuesday June 17 -August 11.
Lunches are provided by Helping Hands and Caring Hearts, a local nonproft.

A multi-sensory storytime designed to support children with autism or sensory processing challenges. This time is designed to meet your child where they are in, a fun, engaging environment.

Is your child interested in learning how to care for a garden? Look no further! Join us for a fun morning of exploring, creating, and learning how to care for plants and gardens at the Emmitsburg Library. Ages 0-12.

Drop in for some LEGO® building fun. Children are invited to unleash their creativity as they construct imaginative creations using colorful LEGO® bricks.

Explore a variety of STEM topics with NIH. 

Outdoor programs may be affected by weather. Please check our online calendar or call your local library branch for the status and/or location of the program.

Children practice reading skills to the patient and adorable Reading Education Assistance Dogs. For Children Grades K-5.

The City of Frederick will visit us serve lunches for children and teens (under 18) each afternoon this summer from 12:15-1:00 pm. Lunch will be served June 13 -August 19 (lunches will not be served on June 19 & July 4).

Story Stretchers brings stories to life through gentle stretching movements, helping children connect with tales in an interactive, playful way.

Practice fun yoga poses and mindfulness in this interactive program with Fit2Shine Studio. Geared for kids in grades K-5th.

Join us for a fun afternoon of creative fort building!

This program is for children in kindergarten through 5th grades (ages 5-10).

Join us for an all-ages storytime after a long day of work and play. Unwind with stories, songs, and rhymes for the whole family!

Join us for bedtime themed songs and stories--pajamas are welcome!

Experience the adventures of the Runaway Beignet in this interactive storytime! Meet local children's author, Connie Collins Morgan, as she reads her story, The Runaway Beignet, aloud and invites families to play a part!
