Chair One fitness is back for more fun chair exercises!

Join us for a short walk around town.  We will walk to Vigilant Fire Company for a short presentation.  During our walk, we will share what we are reading and watching.

Freedom Bang is a pre-choreographed fusion of boxing, HIIT, hip hop, world dance, optional weighted gloves and just a touch of attitude. Offering a wide range of intensity options to help you customize your workout.

Shri Yoga is a calming but challenging style practiced in an informal environment. Classes include various asanas, breathing exercises, chakra vibration, mantras, and relaxation techniques. Attendees are welcome to bring their own mat.
