Join Cia for a mindfulness based practice that will ignite your parasympathetic nervous system and assist in recharging you after this winter season, preparing for spring! Session includes movement with a gentle slow/flow yoga practice, affirmations, use of body scans and breath control. Ending in a rejuvenating yogic sleep. Suitable for all levels.
