We have a retirement plan in place; why not consider a Transportation plan as well? Join us to learn more about traffic trends, advancements in car technology, age-related risks, safety recalls, and additional relevant topics.

Freedom Bang is a pre-choreographed fusion of boxing, HIIT, hip hop, world dance, optional weighted gloves and just a touch of attitude. Offering a wide range of intensity options to help you customize your workout.

Shri Yoga is a calming but challenging style practiced in an informal environment. Classes include various asanas, breathing exercises, chakra vibration, mantras, and relaxation techniques. Attendees are welcome to bring their own mat.

Bring seeds, seedlings, bulbs, and full-fledged plants to donate or exchange with other plant lovers and gardeners.

A Master Gardener will be on hand for all of your plant-related questions. 

Bring a plant, take a plant! Bring your seedlings, divisions or cuttings to swap with other gardeners. All types of plants are welcome: succulents, house plants, flowers, ground covers, or wild grasses.

We welcome adults who want to practice their English to a conversation class hosted by the Literacy Council of Frederick County.

Join us for this free yoga class offered by Sol Yoga's Good Cause Division. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat. Donations accepted.

Join us for a Plant Swap!  Bring a plant to trade with another plant.  This is a great way to increase your variety of plants.  We will have houseplants, vegetables and flowers.

A song circle is a gathering of folks to make music together, to sing, play, and share songs. Bring your own acoustic instrument. You can also just sing or listen.
