While supplies last, lunches are available for youth ages 0-18 each Tuesday June 17 -August 11.
Lunches are provided by Helping Hands and Caring Hearts, a local nonproft.

A multi-sensory storytime designed to support children with autism or sensory processing challenges. This time is designed to meet your child where they are in, a fun, engaging environment.

Is your child interested in learning how to care for a garden? Look no further! Join us for a fun morning of exploring, creating, and learning how to care for plants and gardens at the Emmitsburg Library. Ages 0-12.

Join us every Thursday this summer for a Tween/Teen Leadership Camp and earn Community Service hours each week. Today's theme is Healthy Snacks. We will also be making bookmarks to donate to a local assisted living.

We are defying gravity with a special storytime to celebrate Fandom Fest with songs, stories, and play for kids and their grownups. This one's going to be popular!

Visit our table and learn all about the amazing materials, resources, and services the library has to offer!

Let your fan flag fly at the library's FREE fan fest! From comics to games, pop culture to anime, we'll have tons of exciting activities for everyone. Costumes are welcome, but no weapons (real or prop) are allowed.

Are you a Ninja who needs to brush up on skills, or new to the Ninja way? Get active with Kicks Karate Frederick for an afternoon of basic martial arts instruction with practice in listening and self-control.

Based on the I Survived series by Lauren Tarshis, explore the 1916 shark attacks through STEAM and history activities! Age Group: Elementary.

There is something magical about a Dragon Eye! Come Join us in creating your own unique dragon eye design and sculpture. 

Participate in a variety of experiences related to science, technology, engineering, art and mathematics.  This program is designed for children in grades K - 5 and their caregivers.

Explore Deaf culture, learn basic American Sign Language (ASL), and make a fun craft with the Maryland School for the Deaf!

Story Stretchers brings stories to life through gentle stretching movements, helping children connect with tales in an interactive, playful way.

Do you love ice cream? If so, this program is for you! Celebrate Summer and National Ice Cream Day as we create amazing ice cream themed art using watercolor paint and other art media. Ages 5-12.

Practice fun yoga poses and mindfulness in this interactive program with Fit2Shine Studio. Geared for children Grades K-5.

Crafts to your heart's content at this fun event. Please wear clothing designed to get messy!

This program is for children in kindergarten through 5th grades (ages 5-10).
